1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph87 Casino ("ph87," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph87 website located at https://ph87.net, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming activity on the ph87 platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by ph87. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ph87 platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. ph87 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

ph87 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ph87 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the ph87 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph87 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be suspended without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ph87 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph87 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph87 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Account Ownership

ph87 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account rights to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph87 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be added from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph87 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business hours. ph87 processes withdrawal requests twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph87 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. ph87 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal, and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by ph87 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. ph87 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph87 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ph87 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be affected by subsequent modifications to that promotion's terms, provided they continue to comply with the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the ph87 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. ph87 does not manipulate game outcomes, and all results are determined solely by the certified RNG systems of our licensed software providers.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, ph87 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ph87 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered amount.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify ph87 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. ph87 will investigate the dispute using server-side game logs and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of ph87 on disputed game results is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph87 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccu rate, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
• Colluding with other players or using automated software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph87 staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph87 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of ph87 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without the prior written consent of ph87.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph87 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall ph87's aggregate liability exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

Your use of the ph87 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph87 uses industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and ph87 cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. ph87 is not responsible for any funds left in a closed account.

12.2 Termination by ph87

ph87 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to provide requested verification documents.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for cause, ph87 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

ph87 operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and maintains all necessary licenses and permits required to offer online gaming services to Philippine residents.

14 Amendments

ph87 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
